Legal
Privacy policy
This policy covers rahhzay.com, the Kupo Crew Logbook at crew.rahhzay.com, and the Kupo Crew chat commands on Rahhzay's Twitch, Kick and YouTube streams. It's written to be short and plain. If anything is unclear, email rahhzay@gmail.com.
The short version
- We keep only what the Kupo Crew needs to work: your platform user ID, your display name, and your crew progress.
- The sites never ask for your email address, password, or payment details. The only time we ask for an email is to send you a giveaway prize.
- We don't sell or share your information, and there are no ads or ad trackers.
- You can ask us to delete your crew data at any time.
What we collect
When you use crew commands in chat
When you type a Kupo Crew command (like !crew, !shinies, !logbook or !link) in Twitch, Kick or YouTube chat, the stream's bot sends us:
- which platform you're on, your user ID on that platform, and your display name;
- what you did: missions you joined, shinies earned or spent, stamps found, check-ins, and giveaway entries.
This is what makes your shinies and logbook follow you from stream to stream. Mods and Rahhzay can add or remove shinies, and that's recorded with their name.
When you sign in to the Logbook
You can sign in with Twitch, Kick or Google. We only request basic profile access:
- Twitch and Kick: your user ID and display name.
- Google: Google's account ID for you and your name. We don't request your email address, contacts, YouTube data or anything else.
We don't receive or keep your password. Sign-in happens on Twitch's, Kick's or Google's own page.
Linking accounts
If you link more than one account (for example Twitch and Kick, or YouTube with a !link code), we connect them to one crew profile so your progress adds up. You can unlink an account from the Logbook at any time.
Usage counts
To see how the crew is used, we keep simple daily counts, like how many people used a command, visited the Logbook or signed in, and which kind of site sent visitors here (for example "Twitch" or "Discord"). These are counted per profile per day so we can see unique people, never anything outside this site.
Giveaway prizes
If you win a giveaway, Rahhzay may ask for your email address to send you the prize. That happens directly with you, not through rahhzay.com or the Logbook, and your email is only used to deliver the prize.
Cookies
The Logbook uses only the cookies it needs:
- kc_session keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out deletes it.
- kc_oauth protects the sign-in process and expires after 10 minutes.
- kc_ref remembers which site sent you here, for 30 minutes, for the usage counts above.
rahhzay.com itself sets no cookies. Its embedded Twitch player is provided by Twitch and follows Twitch's privacy notice.
Who else is involved
- Cloudflare hosts both sites and stores the crew database. Like any web host, it handles basic request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and stop abuse.
- Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, so your browser requests them from Google.
- Twitch, Kick and Google handle sign-in, under their own privacy policies.
Links to other sites (Ko-fi, Throne, Fourthwall, social profiles) are covered by those sites' own policies.
How long we keep it
Crew progress is kept while the Kupo Crew is running so your logbook doesn't disappear between streams. Sign-in sessions end after 30 days or when you sign out. Link codes expire after 15 minutes.
Deleting your data
Email rahhzay@gmail.com from any address and tell us your username on each platform. We'll confirm it's you (usually by asking you to type a code in chat) and delete your crew profile, progress and sign-ins. Deleting can't be undone, so your shinies and stamps will be gone.
You can also revoke the Logbook's access at any time from your Twitch, Kick or Google account settings.
Children
The Kupo Crew follows the same age rules as Twitch, Kick and YouTube and isn't meant for children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
